I cannot say enough great things about the Hampton Inn Wilmington–Medical Park and the incredible staff, especially Jen and Megan. My oldest son was getting married in Wilmington on September 14th, and with a large family of seven traveling, I had spent months trying to find a hotel that was both affordable and comfortable. Just 16 days before the wedding, I called the hotel directly and was fortunate enough to speak with Jen. From the very beginning, she was absolutely amazing—helpful, patient, and reassuring. She applied my military discount, found us a spacious room that fit my whole family, and truly lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. When we arrived, there was a small hiccup at check-in, but both Jen and Megan went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did they resolve the issue quickly, but they turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience. Throughout the weekend, Jen continued to check in with us, always with a smile and genuine care. She clearly loves her job, and it shows. With all the stress of planning and preparing for my son’s wedding, this hotel and its incredible staff made the biggest difference. Thanks to Jen (and Megan), our stay was comfortable, affordable, and stress-free. I will forever be grateful and highly recommend the Hampton Inn Wilmington–Medical Park to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for helping make a very important weekend even more special.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn Medical and it was a super nice experience! Shortly after checking in and looking at our room, the hotel reached out via text to make sure the room was perfect for us and let us know we could easily text them with any needs. Our room was spacious, clean, and featured a very comfortable mattress. Because of the hotel's layout, it was extra quiet, and we were able to make the room dark enough for a wonderful night's sleep. The staff took the extra step of texting us a second time just to ensure we were fully taken care of. The hotel also has a nice bar and a good breakfast. The price was surprisingly low for the quality of this stay. Highly recommend!

The staff we're very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and this motel is only 5 minutes from the hospital and restaurants. The drive to the beach is 20 minutes Great location

I had my bay shower in banquet hall at the hotel. Erica was super flexible and accommodating, the price was reasonable and the staff working that day were helpful as well! Event space was clean and we had access to the little kitchen area to prep food. Highly recommend having your event at this Hampton Inn location.

Had to stay near hospital. Perfect location. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was very good. Great selection of breakfast foods. Would definitely stay again.
